Class Cancellation policy
Class cancellation can be done anytime once you log in onto your account.
Due to limited spaces at our Sliema Studio if a class is cancelled 2 hours or less prior class starting time, the class will be deducted from your package. If you are on an Unlimited Membership,a day will be deducted from the Unlimted Pass (moving the renewal date a day ahead each time).
The Cancellation Policy does Not apply for bookings at HotYogaMalta Mosta Studio.
Cancellation fee does Not apply if you have been on waitlist.
If for any reason you decide not attend your class/classes full refund will be given if membership/ class is not used, with no questions asked. Once you use your membership we are unable to offer refund but will gladly transfer your existing membership to your buddy upon your request.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
Customer's account must be in good standing
Service must not be used
Service malfunctions or doesn't work as described
If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. It's important to keep in mind that there is often a difference between a service that doesn't work and a situation where you are receiving an error message. Error messages could be related to an incorrect setup, configuration or software and as a result the service is not working.
Collection of personal information We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us when you create an account, make a purchase, fill any online forms on the Website. When required this information may include your email address, name, phone number, address, or other Personal Information. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of some of the Website's features.
Collection of non-personal information
When you visit the Website our servers automatically record information that your browser sends. This data may include information such as your computer's IP address, browser type and version, operating system type and version, language preferences or the webpage you were visiting before you came to our Website, pages of our Website that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on our Website, access times and dates, and other statistics. The information you can view, update, and delete may change as the Website or Services change. When you update information, however, we may maintain a copy of the unrevised information in our records. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any personal information through our Website or Service. We offer electronic newsletters to which you may voluntarily subscribe at any time. However you will continue to receive essential transactional emails.
