We understand life gets busy or travel comes up, so we’ve officially introduced a freeze option for class packs and memberships for those of you who need a short break due to travel, schedule shifts, or personal reasons.
Here’s how it works:
For Monthly Unlimited & Flex Plan members:
• You can freeze your plan for 2 weeks up to 2 months
• €15 freeze fee to pause
• €5 reactivation fee when you’re ready to return
• One freeze per pack
• Just let us know anytime before expiry.
For 10-Class & 20-Class Packs:
• You can freeze your pack before it expires
• Validity will be extended by the same amount of time you pause
• €10 freeze fee
• €5 reactivation fee
• One freeze per pack
This option is perfect if you’re traveling, have a temporary schedule shift, or just need a short break — without losing your classes!
