This special collaboration brings together somatic yoga, breathwork, nervous system regulation practices, and group hypnotherapy to create a deeply relaxing and transformative experience.
Through gentle movement and conscious breathing, you’ll be guided to release physical tension, calm the mind, and support the body’s natural ability to regulate stress. The session concludes with a guided group hypnotherapy experience designed to promote inner calm, emotional balance, and greater connection with yourself.

Tiziana Tagliavia
Yoga Teacher & Massage Therapist
Tiziana is a certified yoga teacher and experienced massage therapist with over 15 years of practice. Her work focuses on nervous system regulation, the vagus nerve, and the gut-brain connection, helping individuals release tension and cultivate greater resilience and wellbeing.
